Assistant Camp Managers work alongside the Senior Team to ensure the camp is running smoothly and assist with any management duties. There can be a wide variety of tasks from observing sessions that are being ran, to communicating with parents/carers during our busy drop-off and collection periods. This role is only available at certain camps depending on the number of children attending.

Our Area Management team travel to several camp locations to provide support to the Senior Team and staff. You will conduct audits to ensure all of our camps are meeting Barracudas standards and national legislation requirements and can offer guidance so we are always improving. You will need to be flexible in this role as you may travel to different locations last minute.

The Camp Manager oversees the running of the camp and will have overall responsibility of the children, staff, facilities and equipment. You will be expected to represent Barracudas and uphold our company values when dealing with parents/carers and managing your team. The Early Years Manager on Camp will oversee the Early Years groups and the Early Years Staff and ensure the EYFS Framework is being implemented to a high standard. If camp have an OFSTED visit, the Early Years Manager will have an essential role to play in this. You will also aid the Senior Team in other management duties on camp.

If you have a keen interest in a wide variety of sporting activities and think you would work well as part of the Senior Team on camp, then this is the role for you. Senior Sports Instructors create the timetable for the groups on camp and will assist and aid our staff to provide excellent sessions, making great use of the equipment provided. They also oversee our extended hours ensuring a variety of activities are on offer for this additional session that parents can add on to their booking.
