Save The Children

We are pleased that our chosen charity again for 2024 is Save The Children. Through your generosity in 2023 we were able to raise an amazing grand total of £4,088.45 raised for Save the Children.

Save the Children exists to help every child reach their full potential.

In the UK and around the world, they make sure children stay safe, healthy and keep learning, so they can become who they want to be. They lead the way on tackling problems like pneumonia, hunger and protecting children in war, while making sure each child’s unique needs are cared for. They find new ways to reach children who need us most, no matter where they’re growing up. They can’t do this alone. Together with children, supporters and partners, They work to help every child become who they want to be..

When booking with Barracudas you can choose to add a donation to your booking to help with Save The Children.

The Pennies Foundation

The Pennies Foundation, a registered charity, have created Pennies, which is a digital charity box. We're all familiar with the idea of dropping our change into a charity box found on the shop counter. Now when booking Barracudas online you too can easily make a small donation using Pennies. You will be asked if you would like to donate just 99p with your booking. 95% of that money will go to Save The Children and 5% to Pennies to sustain the charity.
