All members of staff will ideally hold a relevant qualification in order to work on camp. These include childcare qualifications, sporting qualifications and creative qualifications, as well as any of the qualifications gained through taking the courses below. If you are unsure of whether or not your qualification is valid, please contact us.
The Fencing course is led by British Fencing Trainers who attend our training weekends at selected venues and train a group of up to 12 staff. Led by a trained assessor, this will be signed off and can be used as a minimum of up to 1.5 hours of your required ongoing lifeguard professional development in order to maintain your qualification. You will be paid to attend the assessment.
