A: Booking with Barracudas multi-activity day camps couldn't be simpler! You can either book online by registering/logging in or click to find your venue to start the process, or give our customer service team a call on 01480 467 567.
Q: WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
A: We have a number of different payment options. You can either pay via credit/debit card, childcare vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare online or over the phone. If you book early you can pay a deposit and the remainder at a later stage.
Q: CAN I PAY A DEPOSIT?
A: Yes. The prices and dates for our activity camps are released in November and from this point up until the balance due date you can secure your booking with a deposit. After the balance due dates bookings will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Q: CAN I PAY IN INSTALMENTS?
A: Yes! You can spread the cost of your booking over several months with our interest free Easy Payment Plan (EPP). You just need to secure your booking with a deposit then you can spread the cost with equal monthly payments up to the balance due date. You can select this option when booking online, or with our team over the phone. We'll debit your card on the first working day of each month, with the final payment on the following dates: Easter 1st March, summer 1st July. (Huntingdon half terms: 1st February, 1st May and 1st October)
Q: WHEN ARE BALANCES DUE?
A: Our balance due dates for the following seasons are:
Easter: Monday 4th March 2019
Summer: Monday 1st July 2019
For our Huntingdon activity camp only:
February half term: 4th February 2019
May half term: 14th May 2019
October half term: 7th October 2019
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT CHILDCARE VOUCHERS & HOW DO I PAY WITH THEM?
A: Yes. You can use childcare vouchers as full or part payment. You can either book online and select this option or notify us over the phone. Either way your booking will save on our system for 7 days until we receive your childcare vouchers. After this date, if we haven't received payment for your booking it will be automatically removed.
However, if you are booking within 21 days of the booking start date you will be required to pay by a credit/debit card at the time of booking and then be reimbursed once we receive your childcare vouchers.
Q: DO YOU ACCEPT TAX-FREE CHILDCARE & HOW DO I PAY WITH THIS?
A: Yes, you can pay in full or make a part payment using Tax-Free Childcare. You can select the option to pay with childcare vouchers online, or let us know when you book by phone. Like childcare voucher payments, the booking will save on our system for 7 days. If we haven't received the minimum payment for you booking by this time the booking will be automatically removed.
If you are booking within 21 days of the booking start date you will need to make the full payment by credit/debit card at the time of booking which we will reimburse you once we receive the Tax-Free Childcare payment.
A: CPP is there for the unexpected things that sometimes crop up. We all know they happen and when they do it's important that you're not left feeling out of pocket. Therefore you can cancel right up to the last working day before your child's first day in any given week. No fuss, no reason, no proof - all you need is the CPP.
CPP also gives cover for illness once camp has started, and if your child is ill and misses some of their days with us you can claim a refund. You can even claim for brothers and sisters who miss the same days as the ill child, as long as they have the CPP.
It's great cover and brings you complete peace of mind for only £3 per day. Your full refund is for all of the days missed. The only thing you won't get back is the CPP premium.
For cancellations before camp we just need an email from you. Claims made after your child has started their first day at camp (in any given week) need to be supported with a doctor's note and the claim must be made within 28 days of the last day of camp in the given season for which you require the refund.

Q: WHAT IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY BOOKING?
A: We understand that your childcare plans can change and we want to be as flexible as possible for you, and also as fair as possible to all customers. At times there will be some restrictions, but the general rule is that changes are easier and cheaper if you have taken out our Customer Protection Plan. Please see Terms & Conditions for full details.
Q: WHAT IF I DON'T TAKE OUT THE CUSTOMER PROTECTION PLAN?
A: Without the Customer Protection Plan you can't claim a refund or credit note for missed days or cancellation, or make up any missed days later in the season, under any circumstances. If you need to switch your dates and we still have space on the dates you'd like to move to, we can make these changes. Please note however, changes can only be made if at least 10 working days notice is given.
Q: WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAKE MY BOOKING?
A: After you've made your booking you'll receive an email confirmation with all your booking details attached. Please make sure you check your invoice and let us know right away if anything is incorrect. Responsibility for all booking details lies with the person who made the booking.
Q: ARE THERE ANY PRE CAMP ARRIVAL FORMS TO COMPLETE?
A: Before your child comes to camp there are a few pre-arrival forms to complete. We can't accept any child on camp without an Essential Information form. To complete this you need to login to your Barracudas account and access the form under the 'My Bookings' tab.
Other forms you may need to fill out include:
'All About Me' form (for 4 ½ - 5 year olds only)
BX+ Questionnaire (if your child is booked onto our BX+ course)
Anaphylaxis form (If your child is attending with an Epi pen)
