Booking with Barracudas multi-activity day camps couldn't be simpler! You can either book online by registering/logging in or click to find your venue to start the process, or give our customer service team a call on 01480 467 567.
We have a number of different payment options. You can either pay via credit/debit card, Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare online or over the phone. If you book early you can pay a deposit and the remainder at a later stage.
Yes. The prices and dates for our activity camps are released in November and from this point up until the balance due date you can secure your booking with a deposit. After the balance due dates bookings will need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
Yes! You can spread the cost of your booking over several months with our interest free Easy Payment Plan (EPP). You just need to secure your booking with a deposit then you can spread the cost with equal monthly payments up to the balance due date. You can select this option when booking online, or with our team over the phone.
We'll debit your card on the first working day of each month, with the final payment on the following dates: Easter 1st March, summer 1st July. (Half terms: 1st February, 3rd May and 1st October)
Our balance due dates for the following seasons are:
Easter: Monday 1st March 2021
Summer: Monday 1st July 2021
Half term camps:
February half term: Monday 1st February 2021 (Huntingdon & Cambridge Long Road camp only)
May half term: Monday 17th May 2021 (Bishop's Stortford, Huntingdon & Cambridge Long Road camps only)
October half term: Monday 11th October 2021 (Huntingdon & Cambridge Long Road camps only)
Yes. You can use childcare vouchers as full or part payment. You can either book online and select this option or notify us over the phone. Either way your booking will save on our system for 7 days until we receive your childcare vouchers. After this date, if we haven't received payment for your booking it will be automatically removed.
However, if you are booking within 21 days of the booking start date you will be required to pay by a credit/debit card at the time of booking and then be reimbursed once we receive your childcare vouchers.

Yes, you can pay in full or make a part payment using Tax-Free Childcare. You can select the option to pay by Tax-Free childcare online and enter your long reference number (1st letter of your child's name followed by the 1st 3 letters of your child's surname then 5 numbers) or let us know when you book by phone. If you do not have your long reference number at the time of booking please notify us of this by email within 24 hours of completing the booking.
Like childcare voucher payments, the booking will save on our system for 7 days. If we haven't received the minimum payment for you booking by this time the booking will be automatically removed. If you are booking within 21 days of the booking start date you will need to make the full payment by credit/debit card at the time of booking which we will reimburse you once we receive the Tax-Free Childcare payment.

We know plans can change and that’s why we offer you a choice of flexibility with your booking. You can book one of two products; a Flex or Non-Flex option. Please choose the right level of flexibility for you.
If you book our Flex option (just £4 per day) you can change your dates or cancel right up until the last working day before your child’s first day at camp in the week. Plus, if your child is ill and can’t attend, we’ll make up the days or refund you, your choice.
With our Non-Flex option, you can book now knowing that you can still make changes to your booking up to 21 days before your booking starts. This booking option is non-refundable.

Please note: If we're unable to operate your camp week due to COVID-19, we will move your booking to another week during that holiday, or to another season in the year. Where this isn’t possible, we’ll give a credit note to use with us another time, or we’ll offer you a full refund.
We understand that your childcare plans can change and that’s why we offer our Flex and Non-Flex booking options. If you want complete flexibility to change your booking later, our Flex option would be best suited to you. This allows you to amend your booking up to the last working day before your child’s first day at camp in the week plus, allows for amendments or a refund due to illness.
With our Non-Flex option, you can still change dates (within the same season) up to 21 days before your child is due to attend, but the booking cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable.

After you've made your booking you'll receive an email confirmation with all your booking details attached. Please make sure you check your invoice and let us know right away if anything is incorrect. Responsibility for all booking details lies with the person who made the booking.
Before your child comes to camp there are a few pre-arrival forms to complete. We can't accept any child on camp without an Essential Information form. To complete this you need to login to your Barracudas account and access the form under the 'Bookings' tab.
