Marketing Coordinator
Hours
Hours: Between 30-39 hours a week. Flexibility on hours/days

Location: Barracudas Activity Day Camps Head Office, Warboys
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Plan and execute various campaigns to promote the activity camps, increasing the number of visitors to the website and engagement with our customer base. Have an overview of core web vitals and website performance. Have a good working knowledge of CRM systems to develop marketing campaigns and strategies. Analyse and report on activity and use this information to refine existing and create new campaigns. Identify new trends and develop strategies and implement new marketing channels. Work collaboratively with the marketing team to deliver on key strategies.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for regularly reviewing and refining website for search engine optimisation
Regularly review keywords and provide a keyword strategy
Develop content strategies and build relationships to increase backlinks
Working with the team to review and implement campaigns within ourCRM platform
Research, write and publish a regular blog/content for the website
Develop and plan local marketing activity to drive community engagement
Plan, create and schedule engaging and relevant content on LinkedIn
Assist with Google Ads/Microsoft/YouTube campaigns
Coordinate artwork schedule with our out-of-house designer
Track, measure and report on success of all campaigns
Identify new trends and opportunities in digital marketing and technology
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Design graphics, GIFs and video for use on website & social media channels
Manage and develop seasonal staff communications
Assist in coordinating photography/videography at camps for promotional use
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
5 A* - C GCSE including Maths and English, or equivalent
Knowledge and experience in email marketing, SEO and CRM
Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google My Business
Knowledge and experience of SEO
Solid copywriting skills
Sound proofreading and editing skills
Good communication (verbal and written) and time management skills
Highly organised and the ability to prioritise their workload
The ability to work on their own initiative
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE
Marketing related qualification/s
1-3 years experience in digital marketing communications role
Experience in managing organic and paid social media
Video editing/graphic design skills
Photography skills
