Join our team for our busy summer season! These roles offered with a 2-3 month contract will give you a great insight into the company and are a fantastic opportunity for personal development.
All roles are based at our offices in Warboys on a temporary basis to start as soon as possible through to the end of August, potential to be extended for the right candidates.
Full-time Monday to Friday, to begin with the hours will be 08:30-17:00 or 09:00- 17:30 and then increasing to 08:00-18:00 in the lead up to and during our operating period.
Specific roles within the teams will be discussed at the interview stage but some duties are detailed below:
Answer incoming sales and customer service calls, acting as the first point of contact
Taking bookings for our seasonal camps
Upselling promotions and offers
Accurately update customer accounts as required
Respond to general sales enquires in writing through email
Make outbound sales and customer service calls
Efficiently manage daily tasks set by line manager
Investigating and resolving customer feedback/queries
Liaising with camp staff regarding customer questions, queries and bookings
Answering incoming recruitment calls and assisting with staffing enquires
Conducting various outbound calls in relation to specific recruitment tasks that need completing on a daily/weekly basis
Creating training resources/packs for recruitment weekend/evening events (online & face 2 face training)
Complete various administrational tasks, performing miscellaneous duties as assigned
Providing support to colleagues as necessary – general admin tasks e.g. emails, post, scanning, photocopying, filing, voicemail messages
Be compliant with staff policies and procedures
Liaise with camps during the operational period around general staff admin, assisting them with queries & providing feedback
General Office Admin role
General administrative duties e.g. emails, post, scanning, photocopying, ordering stationery, filing etc.
Preparing all IT equipment for camps - mobile phones, laptops, tablets, printers, chrome books, petty cash, various IT related tasks, petty cash - only a basic level of IT knowledge required as full training will be given.
