We understand that your holiday and childcare plans can change right up until the last minute and that’s why we offer our Flex and Non-Flex booking options. If you want complete flexibility to change your booking, our Flex option is for you. For just £4 per day, our Flex option means you can amend your booking right up to the last working day before your child is due to attend in any given week. Plus, Flex allows for amendments or a refund to be made if your child is ill and cannot attend.
To amend your Flex booking prior to attendance simply call or email us and we’ll make the changes for you. Once your child has started a week with us, amendments and refunds can only be made due to illness.
Should your child unfortunately fall ill and be unable to attend, please let us know on the day. Where possible we will arrange to move your dates to another convenient time or alternatively offer you a refund. Please note, with our non-Flex option, you can still change dates (within the same season) up to 14 days before your child is due to attend, but the booking cannot be cancelled and is non-refundable. If there is a difference in price from the original day booked and the current rate for the new day/s at the time of moving the booking, you will be required to pay the additional amount.
Please note, our Flex premium is non refundable when cancelling your booking.
