World Mental Health Day is on 10th October 2023. The theme for 2023, set by the World Foundation of Mental Health, is ‘Mental health is a universal human right’.
Whilst we should mindful of our mental health throughout the year, this is a great reminder to prioritise mental well-being for ourselves and the people we love.
Barracudas actively promotes mental health and wellbeing both with children at camp and throughout the year with our staff.
