You can pay for Barracudas holiday camps online or over the phone using the following payment methods:

• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Revolut Pay
• Klarna
• Tax-Free Childcare
• Childcare Vouchers

Please note: We do not accept American Express, PayPal or cheques.

If you book early, you can secure your place with a deposit and pay the remaining balance later.

If you’re registered for the UK Government’s Tax-Free childcare (TFC) scheme, you can use your account to pay for Barracudas holiday camps.

• For every £8 you pay in, the government adds £2 (up to the annual limit)
• A simple way to reduce the cost of holiday childcare

• The full balance is due by the balance due date shown at booking

If you’ve secured your booking with a deposit and chosen to pay in instalments, you can select whether payments are taken automatically or manually.

• Automatic instalments are taken on the 1st of each month
• Payments continue until your balance due date

If you haven’t selected an instalment plan, the full balance for 2026 bookings must be paid by the dates below.
