We’re giving you an insight into what makes Barracudas tick. Although our camps are seasonal, we have a team working at our head office in Cambridgeshire throughout the year.

This week we chat to the sales team.
What does the sales and customer service team do?
Amber: We’re the people you speak to when you call in. We help with making bookings and amendments.
Phoebe: We handle customer feedback and find solutions to any issues.
Holly: We also monitor the camp sales and prices.
Best part of your job
Phoebe: Speaking to customers, booking them in and making sure their children have an amazing time at camp. It’s a real buzz to receive wonderful feedback.
Amber: Yes, I agree with that! I love seeing customers returning year on year. It’s so rewarding building a relationship and getting the opportunity to catchup with long time bookers.
Holly: We have a good team. We’re very supportive of each other and all positive in our roles. All of our different strengths work well together.
Why do you love working for Barracudas
Amber: I really enjoying working for a company that has fun at its core. We have a system called Billy Notes, which we give each other when we recognise achievement and support, which I think works great.
Phoebe: I just love the product. It’s fun for the kids and helps out the parents. I’m proud of the great service we provide here at Barracudas
Holly: This company has lots of opportunities to grow. We’re always taking on the feedback from the customers and staff, which helps make our camps even better.
Phoebe: I’m trained as a multi activity instructor so my favourite activity has to be archery!
Amber: I’m a really creative person so arts and crafts is my favourite. I even work as an arts and crafts instructor at Huntingdon camp when needed.
Holly: Swimming is definitely my favourite
Any final words?
Amber: Our team is the best. We’re all good friends with different interests but Barracudas brought us together!
