We’re pleased to be introducing a new staff recognition scheme this Easter!
Billy Badges are a fun way to recognise and reward individuals who are living the company values and going the extra mile to fulfil the Barracudas company purpose.
The badges will be awarded to seasonal camp staff and our team in our registered office when they’ve really demonstrated the Barracudas values in their role.
Barracudas has 6 key values which are embedded in everything we do - and how we do it. From our booking process and parent communication through to the delivery of well organised and unrivalled activities at camp. It’s all about offering maximum fun for kids and peace of mind for parents.
We’ve always appreciated our team for delivering a great service to our customers as well as supporting one another. This new scheme is a great way to visibly recognise those who show that extra level of commitment and have a positive impact on the children at camp, our bookers and of course one another! Billy Badges are a thank you from colleagues and customers to motivate staff to keep going the extra mile to deliver an amazing experience. By recognising all this hard work we’ll increase staff satisfaction and performance.
There’s a Billy Badge for each of our 6 values which will be presented to employees when they go above and beyond in these areas. These badges will be worn on the lanyards of seasonal staff at our Easter camps so we can easily see who’s giving that extra push.

If you’re coming to a Barracudas multi activity camp this Easter, please let us know when you think someone’s gone the extra mile for you and/or your child.
This could be anything from making an extra effort to help settle your child in if they’re new to camp, making you feel welcome at registration or collection, delivering an innovative and fun activity session with lots of imagination and enthusiasm during the camp day right through to demonstrating particular professionalism through fantastic customer service.
