- Why Barracudas?
- Work for us
Another season has been and gone and what an amazing summer we’ve had! With 46 camps we’ve had too much fun to mention here, but we’d like to share some of our highlights.
We welcomed 4 new camps this summer; Guildford, Colchester, Copthorne and Salisbury which all got off to a flying start. Take a look at some of the fun we had at the camps in the photos below.
Official approval from Ofsted
Ofsted had a busy summer as they didn’t just visit us once they visited us 14 times! Keep an eye on our news page where we will be announcing the results!
Theme Day Fun!
Our theme days are a perfect opportunity to dress up and have some FUN. These happen every Friday on camp and this year we saw some amazing costumes! Well done to everyone who let their imagination run wild to dress up. Here are some of our favourite photos.
What’s in the Welly?
This year we brought back our popular fundraiser ‘What’s in the Welly’ to raise money for Great Ormand Street Hospital. We’re still counting up the donations but we’ve raised at least £1000! We had loads of fun voting for our favourite staff member this summer and we hope you did too!
Stop motion comes to camp
Our Barnet and Bishop’s Stortford camps had a very special visit from Playmobil who offered the children a stop motion workshop where they were able to create their very own animated movie. You can find more information about this workshop here and you can also see the video montage here.
Our Wokingham used their innovation skills this summer to create an awesome music video which captured all the fun they had at the camp. You can check it out here.
We want to say a massive thank you to all of the kids and staff who made it another summer to remember.
You can find more photos from camp on our Facebook page. If you look under the ‘photos’ section and select your camp, you will be able to see all of the photos from the summer.
Want to be part of the fun in 2020? Keep an eye on our website and social media pages for updates on when we go live for bookings next year!
Sorry there are no available camps.
