Barracudas Activity Day Camps 2025 Gender Pay Gap Report
Young World Leisure Group Ltd T/A Barracudas Activity Day Camps offers quality childcare during the Half Term, Easter and summer holidays for children aged between 4 to 14 years.
The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay gap information) Regulations 2017 requires all companies that employ more than 250 staff to publish specific information relating to gender pay gaps.
The table below show our overall mean and median gender pay gap based on hourly rates of pay as at the snapshot date - 5 April 2025.

At Barracudas, we are committed to ensuring that our staff are not discriminated against because of their gender. We never pay differential rates based on gender, only based on the job role itself.
Our workforce consists of significantly more females than males. On this specific date, this was not a day our camps were open as it fell on a Saturday which was our camp set up date. Barracudas employed 275 staff on that day with 64 (23%) being male and 211 (77%) being female.
