As ever, it’s our promise to give every child such an amazing experience they can’t wait to come back. To deliver on our promise, it’s important to get feedback from our valued customers.
After each season we invite bookers to complete our parent survey so we can build on what we do well and work on any areas that might need improving.
We had a great response from our summer camp bookers, with over 2k people completing our survey.
Here’s what parents thought of camp this summer:
First impressions count. It’s our chance to set the scene for the fun kids will have during their day at camp. From our signage and fun and bright registration areas to the friendly and professional staff at camp, we're pleased that 96% of respondents said they had a positive first impression of Barracudas Activity Day Camps.
