Barracudas ran 12 October camps this year, offering more fun in the Autumn holidays than ever before.
We were pleased to be able to entertain even more children, making life long memories.
It was a special time at camp and we had an explosion of fun, with a special Halloween theme running at all of our camps throughout the week.

Whilst we offered more camps than ever, but it’s always been about quality over quantity. We’re committed to consistently delivering a quality service to our parents and children that you've come to expect.
We genuinely care about the experience children and parents have at our camps. After each season we invite bookers to complete our parent survey so we can build on what we do well and work on any areas that might need improving.

We know it’s important to start off right, with a smooth and simple booking experience. We've invested in an improved website and booking experience to make sure your experience is as easy as possible. This October we’re pleased that over 96% of our customers' rated their online booking experience as either excellent or good.
There's only one chance to make a good first impression. As children attend camp on their own, it's important that we can reflect the camp experience well for parents during drop off and collection. From our signage and fun and bright registration areas to the friendly and professional staff at camp, we always aim to give you a warm welcome. This October we had a special Halloween theme and are pleased that 93% of respondents said they had a great first impression of Barracudas Activity Day Camps.
In 2021 Barracudas introduced contactless registration and collection at camp. Our new fully contactless procedures, allowing parents to check their children in and out of camp with a unique QR code, has been well received, with over 96% of bookers finding the experience excellent or good.
We're really pleased that 79% of parents said they had downloaded our new parent app, offering them useful information and access to their booking details at their fingertips!
A big part of the camp experience is the relationship our children and parents build up with our staff. We have a thorough recruitment process, with all staff requiring an enhanced DBS check and completion of our assessment programme. 90% of our October survey respondents rated our staff either excellent or good.
Holiday clubs are all about new, fun and exciting activities. Barracudas offers an unrivalled number of options and a choice for every session. This means that whatever your child is into, there'll always be something at camp to enjoy. Over 88% of parents thought the activities at Barracudas were excellent or good this October.
We asked our parents how likely they would be to recommend us to a friend, on a scale of 1-10. We were thrilled that the average score was 8.5. This is reflected in how popular our Recommend a Friend scheme is!
We were also delighted to have received some really positive independent reviews on Trustpilot. Now with over 1.2k reviews and an excellent rating, we're proud to delivering on our promises. All feedback is valuable to us, so we can build on the things we're doing well and work on any areas that may need improving.
