Fun for 4 - 5 Year Olds
Their Adventure Begins!
Our Early Years groups (4–5 year olds) enjoy a camp experience specially designed just for them. With their own tailored programme, they can take part in age-appropriate activities that inspire confidence, spark curiosity and encourage independence, all while having maximum fun in a safe, nurturing environment.
We adapt activities to ensure they are developmentally suitable for younger children, offering options such as electric go-karts instead of motorsports, foam fencing and mini games, all designed to support their growing skills while keeping the excitement high.
A Programme Made for Early Years
To support their learning and development, Early Years children follow a structured timetable created specifically for their age group. Each day includes two ‘Explore and Play’ sessions:
- One classroom-based session, featuring role play, imaginative activities and hands-on discovery
- One active play session, designed to develop fine and gross motor skills through fun movement-based activities such as throwing, catching, jumping and more
These sessions give children the chance to explore, learn through play and burn off energy in an enjoyable, supportive environment.
Consistent Staff They Know and Trust
Children thrive when they feel secure, so our Early Years groups have consistent staff who stay with them throughout the day and week. This helps build strong, trusting relationships and ensures a calm, familiar environment from the moment they arrive to the moment they go home.
Building Confidence & Independence
We gently encourage independence through simple daily routines such as self-registration, making choices, and practising self-care, helping children grow in confidence and feel proud of what they can achieve.
Your Child’s Keyworker
Every child in our Early Years programme is assigned a dedicated Keyworker (Group Leader) who is responsible for their wellbeing throughout camp. A member of their group staff will be available at both registration and collection each day for updates, questions or feedback, giving you reassurance and a clear picture of your child’s camp experience.
