Lights, camera, action! Our Super Stars theme week is all about celebrating the amazing people who inspire us through music, sport, film, television, and entertainment. Whether your child dreams of performing on stage, scoring the winning goal, or starring in their own blockbuster movie, this is the perfect week to let their talents shine.
We're celebrating Super Stars with our Sports Stars/Super Stars Weekly Theme from 3rd - 7th August.
To get everyone into the superstar spirit, we've rounded up some fascinating facts about famous performers, athletes, and entertainers that are sure to impress family and friends.

One of the world's biggest music stars is known for turning her own experiences into chart-topping hits. Many of her songs are inspired by real-life events and personal stories.

Here are some common uses of colour in film:
Red: intense, passionate, or dangerous emotions. It's often used to signal violence, desire, or rage.
Blue: sadness, isolation, calm, or a cold and clinical atmosphere. Muted blues are often used to signify grief or melancholy
Green: nature and rebirth, but is sometimes twisted to represent corruption, poison, or an unsettling, artificial world (like in The Matrix)
Yellow: youth and optimism, but can also be used to suggest madness, insecurity, or a sickness
Purple: associated with royalty and wealth. In film, it is mainly used for its metaphysical, mystical, or ominous qualities.

From planning and filming to editing and special effects, blockbuster movies can take several years to complete.
