Some can fly thousands of miles, some can change colour and some can run faster than a car travelling through town.
Wildlife is full of surprises, and scientists are still discovering new species every year.
We're looking forward to embracing our wild side at our summer camps with our Wild Adventures Weekly Theme from 24th to 28th August.

Fun Fact #1: Cheetahs Are Built for Speed
Cheetahs are the fastest land animals on Earth.
They can accelerate incredibly quickly and reach speeds of over 65-75 miles per hour.
Their flexible spines, powerful legs and long tails help them balance while chasing prey.
However, they can only maintain top speed for short distances.
Fun Fact #2: Giraffes Need Very Little Sleep
Giraffes are among the tallest animals on Earth, but they spend surprisingly little time sleeping.
Many giraffes sleep for only a few hours each day and often take short naps rather than one long sleep.
Their height helps them keep watch for danger while resting.
Fun Fact #3: Elephants Can Communicate Across Long Distances
Elephants are highly intelligent and social animals.
They use low-frequency sounds called infrasound that can travel for 1-6 miles.
These sounds help family groups stay connected even when they're far apart.
