☀️ What Did Parents Think of Us This Summer?
Summer 2025 has come and gone, and what a season it’s been! With sunshine, laughter, and unforgettable adventures across our Barracudas camps, we’re taking a moment to reflect on how we did—straight from the people who know best: our parents.
Our mission never takes a holiday: to give every child such an amazing experience they can’t wait to come back. To keep improving and delivering the best possible camp, we ask parents to share their thoughts through a quick survey after each season. Their feedback helps us celebrate what’s working and fine-tune what could be even better.
This summer, we were thrilled to receive over 2,000 responses from families across our camps. A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to share their views!

From the moment families arrive, we want them to feel welcome, reassured, and excited. We’re proud to report that 98.6% of parents had a positive first impression at our summer camps—setting the tone for a brilliant experience ahead.
🎨 Activities That Keep Kids Smiling
Whether it’s dodgeball, drama, swimming, or crafts, our activity programme is built to engage every child. This summer, 98% of parents rated our activities as Excellent or Good, praising the variety and flexibility that keeps kids coming back for more.
🏫 Facilities That Support Fun
We carefully select our camp locations to ensure they’re safe, well-equipped, and ready for action. This summer, 98.6% of parents were impressed with the facilities at their chosen site—helping us deliver a seamless experience from start to finish.
🌟 Our Incredible Staff
The heart of Barracudas is our team. From energetic group leaders to caring support staff, they bring the magic to camp every day. We’re delighted that 97.7% of parents felt our staff were enthusiastic, professional, and nurturing throughout the summer.
🔁 Will You Book Again?
We’re all about building lasting relationships with families—and it shows. An amazing 98.9% of parents said they’re likely to book with us again. That’s the kind of feedback that keeps us smiling!

✅ Ofsted Results – Summer 2025
We’re proud to share that several of our summer camps received visits from Ofsted this season. Camps at Cambridge St Faith's, Chelmsford, Ely, Maidenhead, Romford, Sevenoaks, Twickenham St Catherine's and Upminster were inspected and all achieved a positive 'Met' rating—the highest available for holiday clubs. Inspectors praised our safe, engaging, and well-managed environments, reinforcing our commitment to quality childcare.
