What Parents Thought About Our May Half-Term Camps!
That’s a wrap on our May half-term camps! We loved welcoming children to five of our fantastic locations for another week of fun, adventure, and discovery. Once again, we were blown away by the amazing feedback from families.
While May is behind us, we’re already counting down to our biggest season yet – the summer holidays! With even more activities and locations, we can’t wait to get started.
As always, we invited parents to complete our end-of-camp survey to help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. Their feedback is vital in helping us stay the UK’s number one holiday camp provider.

A Seamless Booking Experience
We’re pleased to report another term with great booking feedback. A large majority of bookings were made online, with most parents rating the experience as either excellent or good. We're always looking for ways to make booking even quicker and easier for busy families.
First Impressions Count
Our goal is to make that very first moment at camp feel exciting and reassuring. We're delighted satisfaction with registration and first-impressions remained high this May – a testament to our fantastic front-line teams.
Activities That Inspire
From sporty challenges to creative fun, our May camps delivered an action-packed lin-eup. Parents told us they were thrilled with the variety of activities on offer – and we’re always looking to add even more inspiration into the mix.
What Were the Favourite Activities?
We love hearing what stood out most for children. Top of the pops this half term included Swimming, Arts and Crafts, Dodge Ball, Dance and Drama and Football. Other popular favourites were Karaoke, Mini-Olympics, Nature Trail and Face-painting. Parents also mentioned our fun Weekly Theme activities and Friday Finale! We loved to hear that children also mentioned making new friends - and 'all of it'! There really was something for everyone!

This May, our Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 71 reinforces our commitment to delivering outstanding experiences. Just for context, above 0 is considered good, above 20 is great and above 50 is amazing! We’re proud to be delivering a service that parents are happy to recommend.
