Spread the cost of your Barracudas booking
Barracudas has your back with a number of ways to make your school holiday childcare affordable.
With dates now available to book for 2026, there are great advantages to booking early.
Spread the cost
Our Easy Payment Plan helps you to manage your holiday childcare costs.
You can spread the cost of your booking over several months with our interest free EPP. You just need to secure your booking with a deposit, then you can spread the cost with equal monthly payments up to the balance due date.
So, if you booked one child for a week at our summer 2026 camps in February, you'll secure your spot for just £50 and then pay as little as £38 a month up until July 2026.
We've made this process as easy as possible. You just need to select this option when booking online, or with our team over the phone.
We'll automatically debit your card on the first working day of each month, up to the final payment on the balance due date. You can also select the option for us to contact you before we take the monthly payment.
This Easy Payment Plan also works with Tax-Free childcare and Childcare Voucher payments.
Another advantage to booking early is that you have more time to spread the payments, reducing your monthly contributions!
Balance due dates for 2026 bookings are:
- Easter: 2nd March 2026
- May half term: 1st May 2026
- Summer: 11th July 2026
- October half term: 12th October 2026

More ways we're making childcare affordable
Early booking rates
We offer great discounts on early holiday camp bookings. The earlier you book, the more you'll save. Our prices rise in increments as spaces book up, so whilst you have the joy of knowing you've ticked one thing off you list, you'll also get the satisfaction of securing beneficial rates.
We also offer the option to change your dates later! Subject to availability, you can switch your days up to 14 days before they're due to join us. Find out more about Flex and Non-Flex bookings in our FAQ's: Booking info section.
Pay with Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers
As Barracudas is Ofsted registered, you can pay with both Tax-Free childcare and Childcare Vouchers. You can either pay in full, or in combination with our Easy Payment Plan.

Pay with Klarna
We're all about choice at Barracudas, and in 2025 we introduced Klarna payment as another option for parents.
With Klarna, you can:
- Pay in 3 instalments – split your booking cost into three equal payments, taken automatically every 30 days
- Pay in 30 days – book your child’s camp place now and pay later, with no interest or fees (as long as you pay on time)
This is another interest-free payment option and is available at the payment stage when you book online: select 'card payment/full' and the Klarna option will appear on the next screen.
Flex booking option
Our Flex booking option protects you against cancellations.
We know plans can change and that’s why we offer you a choice of flexibility with your booking.
If you book our Flex option (just £4 per day) you can change your dates or cancel right up until the last working day before your child’s first day at camp for that week. Plus, if your child is ill and can’t attend, we’ll make up the days or refund you, your choice. In order to process a refund, please complete a refund request form with a few further details and email.
Recommend a friend
You can make great savings with our Recommend a Friend scheme.
Whether you've booked with us before, or are a first time booker who's had a great experience, you can get a credit note for every person you recommend to us who books for the first time.
Each friend who books with us based on your recommendation will get £20 off their first booking and we'll give you £20 off the next booking you make too!
What's even better, is this is an unlimited offer. The more people you recommend, the more savings you'll make.
