Please note: To make sure our camps are COVID-19 Secure, during February Half Term and Easter 1 activity will be offered each session so we can maintain our staff:child ratios in our Group Bubbles. Also, activities such as motor sports, fencing and inflatables will not be scheduled on our timetables.
As per government guidance, children who are 11+ years old will need to wear masks in communal areas. They'll also need a small/plastic bag to keep their mask in and preferably wear clothing with pockets so they can keep their bagged mask with them at all times.
Activities for the summer camps remain under constant review over the coming months.
Fun for 11-14 Year Olds
A new adventure!
These kids are top of the crop at Barracudas; The 11-14 year old group at Barracudas knows and shows the way!
Whether they're the adventurous type or creative souls, they'll get a unique opportunity to try something new and build on key skills at camp. They'll make friends for life and memories that'll last a lifetime.
Older kids build a great sense of teamwork as they try all sorts of new stuff. Whatever they choose, they'll be immersed in activities that challenge them both physically and mentally. What's more our staff will help them develop new talents and interests at our activity day camps.
We understand they're an individual with their own set of values, but are also keen to be part of the group! Through a variety of activities they'll develop interpersonal skills and build bonds with others in the group who have similar interests - these are often lasting friendships which continue beyond camp too.
These groups normally have up to *28 children with two members of staff.
*Due to COVID-19, we now have reduced capacity on camp. Groups will now have a maximum of 15 children, maintaining a 1:14 staff:child ratio. This will be in place for our Easter camps and will be constantly reviewed for our summer ones.
