At Barracudas Central Office we’ve been busy getting ready for another great year. With lots of new and exciting updates including 2 new camps, 1 in Northampton and 1 in Mill Hill and 2 new Skills Builder courses (STEM Works and Dance Fusion). We are also very excited to have some updates to our team.
Emily will be managing the Recruitment and Training team once again for 2020. Having spent a number of years working at Barracudas from camp roles to various positions within the Central Office she is excited for another fun packed year.
Maddie has been working at Barracudas for 3½ years and is looking forward to another year within the team. This year she’ll be managing areas 1 and 2 and recruiting the Senior Staff as well as organising our Senior Selection and Senior Training days.
Shannon has been working at Barracudas for 3½ years now. This is her second full year working in the Recruitment & Training Team where she will be managing areas 3 and 4. As well as recruiting the Senior Staff for these areas she’ll also be involved with Assessment Days and processing payroll.
Sam has just headed into his second year working at Barracudas and he’ll be managing areas 5 and 6. Sam will be responsible for recruiting Senior Staff at these camps. He’ll also coordinate training weekends, working with the external providers and the Barracudas Training Team to make sure that courses are run to the highest standard.
Becki has been working at Barracudas for 4 years primarily in Sales and Marketing but is looking forward to spending her first year working in the Recruitment & Training team overseeing compliance checks and marketing.
As well as some familiar faces we’re very excited to have some new additions joining us in the Recruitment & Training Team for 2020.
Rhiannon will be processing applications and recruiting general staff for areas 1 and 2. She’s excited to visit Barracudas Holiday Clubs during the Easter and summer and see all of the camps in action.
Emma will be recruiting general staff for our areas 3 and 4. Like Rhiannon, Emma’s very excited to start visiting the camps and see all of the activities in action, especially our motorsports and archery.
Lucy will be working with Sam to recruit staff for areas 5 and 6. She will be recruiting the general staff and is looking forward to meeting everyone at Assessment Days.
Abbie will be working in the compliance team processing DBS checks, references and eligibility. She’s already very familiar with the company having spent 3 years working at our Huntingdon camp as a Multi Activity Instructor.
