Barracudas Easter holiday camps are over for another season. As we cleaned up, packed away the equipment and sorted out the warehouse, parents kindly took some time out to fill in our post-camp survey.
We’re committed to offering the best holiday childcare service possible. We rely on our customers to let us know about their experience so we can identify our strengths and work on any areas that might need improvement.
We had over 1,000 responses and are pleased to share the results:
That’s a massive 97.67% confirming their first impressions were good or excellent!
Of course, we’d love to have a sea of green bars in these graphs, but without constructive criticism, we can’t improve.

“My kids were beaming from ear to ear when they left and asked if they could go back.”
“Seeing my daughter coming out smiling every day and she even cried on her last day as she was sad her week was over!”
“My son does not swim yet but had fun in the water and staff were very encouraging. He now wants lessons, where before he refused!”

We’re encouraged by the honest feedback given by our parents. We’re thrilled that we received so much positive feedback and are paying close attention on ways in which we can get even better.
