What's your role at Barracudas and what do you love about it?

Head of Recruitment - currently on maternity leave.

The team all coming together or achieve great results in attracting and selecting our seasonal staff to work on camps. The full 12 month cycle that comes together and then seeing happy staff on camp delivering fab sessions to children.

How long have you worked at Barracudas?

13 years in Head Office 

What is your main hobby?

Exercising, socializing with friends and watching sport.

What do you enjoy most about working for Barracudas?

Seeing staff go through our full work flows from point of application, meeting them on VAEs, to then working on camp and returning year on year! Our returning staff % is increasing year on year which is great! 

Personal development is a big focus as a company value the training opportunities the company offer both seasonal and head office staff is great!

Have you ever worked at camp, if so what was it like? 

Yes in general and senior roles - loved it! I even attended camp as a child!!!
