All our permanent staff have either had practical experience of working on camp, or their own children attend camp each summer.

Are you Ofsted registered?

Yes.  Our inspection results are unbeatable and we are listed in Ofsted’s publicised list of ‘Outstanding providers’.  See page 6.

Who are your staff?

Our staff are recruited from the education sector, mainly working as teachers or qualified coaches.  We also employ staff who are currently undergoing teacher training or completing sports related courses.  All of our staff are checked by the Criminal Records Bureau.

What are the staff to child ratios?

For children up to 7 years old the staff ratio is 1:8.  For children aged 8 – 10 years the staff ratio is 1:10 and for children aged 11+ the staff ratio is 1:14.

What age do you take children from?

We are registered to take children from age 4 ½ up to 16 years.  See page 29 for details.

How are the ages grouped?

Children are grouped with others of a similar age.  Generally the maximum age difference of children in a group will not be more than 18 months.  See page 30 & 31

What activities are included?

All activities listed on page 8 & 9 of this brochure are included in the standard programme.  We also offer intensive and ‘Sports Xtra’ courses in some activities for children who would like further coaching in these activities. See pages 11 & 12. 

Where are the camps located?

We have 25 different locations; all of which have been chosen for their convenient location and excellent facilities.  See map on page 14 & 15.

What happens if it rains?

All camps have appropriate indoor facilities and we have a special programme that we automatically switch to in the event of wet weather.

What times are you open?

Our standard hours are 8.30am – 5.30pm.  We can also offer our AM and PM clubs to extend the day from 8am to 6pm. See page 26.

How much does it cost?

With our discounted places, prices start from only £114.50 per child per week (Or even less if part of a large group or corporate booking! See page 27.) This represents unbeatable value for money for the widest selection of activities and the highest standards of care.
