Barracudas Customer Protection Plan (CPP)

CPP is there for the unexpected things that sometimes crop up. We all know they happen and when they do it's important that you're not left feeling out of pocket. Therefore you can cancel right up to the last working date before your child's first day at camp. No fuss, no reason, no proof - all you need is the CPP.

CPP also gives cover for illness once camp has started, and if your child is ill and misses some of their days with us you can claim a refund. You can even claim for brothers and sisters who miss the same days as the ill child, as long as they have CPP.

It's great cover and brings you complete peace of mind for only £3 per day. Your full refund is for all of the days missed. The only thing you won't get back is the CPP premium.

For cancellations before camp we just need an email from you. Claims made after your child has started their first day at camp (in any given season) need to be supported with a doctor's note and the claim must be made before the end of September 2012. Early and Late Clubs

If you're busy, and let's face it most of us are, you've got the option of adding one or both of our Early and Late Clubs. Normal drop off time is between 8.30 - 9.30am and collection between 4.30 - 5.30pm. With our Early Club you can drop off from 8am and with the Late Club collect right up until 6pm. This extra time can provide you with more flexibility and you can be sure your kids are having a great time too.

The Early and Late Clubs are only £3 per session and you only need to book them for the days you need them. We normally use the sports hall to keep kids busy during these extra times, but there's always a choice of things for them to do so you can sort out all your other stuff and know that they're always safe, happy and just as busy as you are!
