Booking options
Busy parents with many commitments require a range of flexible booking options to suit their needs. That’s why we have the following for you to choose from:
A full week
Booking your child in for one or more weeks allows them to fully participate in the Barracudas experience and is therefore why this option remains a firm favourite with many of our parents. Not only will your child build rewarding relationships with both staff and friends who will stay with them throughout the week, they will also be able to choose from a wide range of exciting activities.
A three day pass is a cost effective option for those parents who require the flexibility to book just part of a week. You will pay less than booking individual day passes and you can book any three days in the same week. Please let us know your preferred dates at the time of booking.
Day passes
This option provides complete flexibility for you to book as many or as few day passes as you need, for any number of children. You are required to notify us at the time of booking with your preferred dates; however we can make changes to this later, subject to availability.
AM & PM Clubs
Our normal opening hours are from 8.30 hrs untill 1730 hrs. If, however, you have other commitments that make it difficult for you to drop off or pick up your children during these times, you may want to take advantage of one or more of our AM or PM Clubs which are open from 8am and finish at 6pm. During these times, your children will usually participate in activities in the Sports Hall. There is an additional charge of £3 per session for each club.
How to book
These are the simple ways of booking with Barracudas
By Phone
Phone our booking line on 0845 123 5299 and one of the Barracudas Team will be happy to take you through our booking process, answering any questions and offering any advice where required.
If you have previously made a booking with Barracudas or requested a brochure, you will need to make a quick call to our office in order that we can activate your on-line account by setting up your username and password. Once you have done this, you will be able to log into our site and book your child's place at camp. You will also be able to edit your personal details, edit child details, view bookings, make payments and request a brochure.
Please note; Once a booking has been made online, it cannot be edited. To make any changes, please call our parentline 0845 123 5299 and a member of the sales team will be more than happy to ammend your booking where possible.
If you have not used Barracudas before, or requested a brochure, you can click on the 'create new account' button on the right hand side of the site and activate an on-line account with us.
Please do not use the 'create new account' button if you have previously made a booking with us or requested a brochure as this will result in multiple records on our database.
By Post/Fax
Please complete the booking form at the back of the brochure and post or fax to our office.

Payment Options
There are a variety of ways to confirm your booking:
Childcare vouchers
They are a valuable financial benefit as they are exempt from National Insurance Contributions (NICs) and income tax.
What’s more is that these are not based per household, but per employee, so if you are a two-working parent family this means double the savings!
Barracudas welcome this scheme and are happy to accept vouchers as either full or part payment towards your booking. Most employers generally use a specialised company to administer the scheme and they will provide you with childcare vouchers that you send to us. Alternatively some schemes use electronic vouchers whereby the payment will be sent directly to our bank account.
Debit/Switch card or Credit card*
If making a deposit payment by card, we will automatically debit the card when your balance is due, therefore not requiring you to contact us.
Cheque
Please make all cheques payable to Barracudas. If sending a cheque payment for your deposit, please make a note of the due date for your balance payment as we do not send reminders.
* Credit card companies charge us to debit your card. Rather than have all our customers pay a bit more to cover these costs, we think it's fairer to just charge those of you who pay by credit card. We therefore make a charge of 2% on all credit card payments. There is no charge on debit cards.
Alternatively, if you would like us to hold a provisional reservation for 7 days before you confirm your booking, we will be happy to do so.
Group Bookings
Organise a Group Booking this year and take advantage of the extra discounts available only to you!
- Rates from as little as £110 per child per week (subject to availability)
- Only 20 children or more needed to qualify for a Group Booking.
- Guaranteed rates up until the end of January 2008.
- Group booking final balances are not due until 30th April 2008.
Corporate Discounts
